The hotel and room were nice..we got there at 1 and had to pay an extra 20 dollars to check on early but then they sent me a text at 2 saying Ron was ready to check in so didn't think should of had to pay 20 for 1 hour difference but again was ik.. room was nice and clean.. was so looking forward to the hotub we were only in town for 1 night and just happens to b that the hot tub was broken and wouldn't b fixed till the next day but besides those 2 small things the start was great..

The young lady who checked us in was very nice, and Frank was amazing he helped take care of a payment issue. Only suggestion, your guests would prefer not to booked at the bottom of the stairs- unless there is no other room available Otherwise the stay was great, breakfast was perfect.

I was in Ephrata for business. This is the best they have to offer since there are no other brand name hotels in the area. Not a bad place, clean room and friendly service. But don’t expect much more than that.

I checked into this hotel while on a visit to ephrata WA. Upon check in the front desk guy acted like he didn’t know what to do. Then I was given a room on the second floor which was fine. When I got to the room thought it was locked like someone else was in the room. So had to go back to the front desk. The guy acted like I was crazy so we went back up to the room to prove it was locked. Then back to the front desk. I was getting aggravated. He gave us a room on the first floor rm 123. It was fairly clean and easy access. But the bath tub drain was a POS it was stuck in the closed position. I called the front desk and the girl came down to the room and handed me a butter knife to pry the drain stopper up so the tub would drain. This was the craziest thing I’ve ever been told. Then the place wasn’t into even talking about working out a deal on the room price since it was not in good working order
