The residence consists of 63 apartments spread over 7 floors, direct access to ski lockers, a co-living space with its “Kitchen&Friends”, a bar/restaurant with a terrace, a gaming area, and a cocooning space. The accommodations do not include televisions.

Cocooning area
The chillest spot in the Risoul 1850 resort is right here. It’s time to sip on the Yoonly&Friends hot chocolate with a book in hand or around a board game. You’ll find joy in reading (from Asterix and Obelix to The Outsider by Albert Camus, including the Fables of La Fontaine) as well as in board gaming (from Monopoly to tarot and Jungle Speed).
Gaming area
For both the young and young at heart, games are available for your enjoyment “ALL IN FREE PLAY”. You will find dart games, a foosball table, and an arcade machine with hundreds of games available.

LOFT 2 Rooms 8 persons
On the 7th floor, you will find the **LOFT** duplex of 49m² with a balcony.
As soon as you enter, there is a sleeping area fitted with a bunk bed and two wardrobes. Continuously, there is the living area with a sofa bed, a table, and a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, electric hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, Malongo coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils.
For your comfort, you will find a private bathroom and separate toilets.
On the upper floor, you will discover two bunk beds equipped with curtains to privatise your sleeping space, a single bed, and giant beanbags for lounging.
At this level, you can enjoy a wardrobe as well as a large bathroom fitted with toilets.
