This spacious, single-level, 55-square-meter condo offers comfort, charm, and convenience. Situated on the ground floor, it provides easy access and is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Ideal for families or groups, the condo can comfortably accommodate six to eight people, making it the perfect choice for a memorable holiday.

Step into a warm and welcoming living space, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-plan area features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge with a television and sofa bed, creating the perfect setting to feel right at home. The condo offers a private bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed tucked into a charming, snug ‘mountain nook’, ideal for children or extra guests. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet ensures everyone has ample space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure

After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the resort’s heated indoor swimming pool, shared with other guests, or relax in the sauna for free. The resort also offers a variety of family-friendly activities, all easily accessible.

Shops, restaurants, and sports equipment rentals are just a short walk away. Located at 1,850 meters of altitude, Risoul boasts some of the best conditions in the Southern Alps, with over 300 days of sunshine and 185 kilometers of ski slopes. Whether you’re a skier or simply looking for fun winter activities, this resort has something for everyone, including water sports, dog sledding, an ice rink, ziplining, snowshoe trails, and much more.

Free street parking is available nearby, and a public paid parking area is located a few hundred meters away.

The sauna is available free of charge. To access it, a code is required, simply send us a message when you’d like to use it, and we’ll be happy to provide the code.

During the winter season, the pool is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is shared with other guests

For those traveling with young children, a baby high chair and cot are available on request.

Please note that this apartment does not have any windows in the bedrooms.

Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property.

Guests also have the option to rent towels and bed linen by notifying us at least one week in advance:
Towel kit, which includes one bath towel and one hand towel, is available for nine euros
Single sheet kit, which includes one single sheet, one duvet cover, and one pillowcase, is available for fifteen euros
Double sheet kit, which includes one double sheet, one double duvet cover, and two pillowcases, is available for eighteen euros
