This spacious, single-level, 55-square-meter condo offers comfort, charm, and convenience. Situated on the ground floor, it provides easy access and is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Ideal for families or groups, the condo can comfortably accommodate six to eight people, making it the perfect choice for a memorable holiday.

Step into a cozy living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant lounge area with a television and sofa bed — all designed to make you feel at home. The condo includes a private bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, a snug ‘mountain nook’ with bunk beds, and a full bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet, ensuring everyone has their own space to unwind.

After a day on the slopes, you can enjoy the resort’s heated indoor swimming pool, shared with other guests, or relax in the sauna for a small additional fee. Pool access may be adjusted based on regional health guidelines to ensure safety. The resort also offers a variety of family-friendly activities, all easily accessible.

Shops, restaurants, and sports equipment rentals are just a short walk away. Located at 1,850 meters of altitude, Risoul boasts some of the best conditions in the Southern Alps, with over 300 days of sunshine and 185 kilometers of ski slopes. Whether you’re a skier or simply looking for fun winter activities, this resort has something for everyone, including water sports, dog sledding, an ice rink, ziplining, snowshoe trails, and much more.

Free street parking is available nearby, and a public paid parking area is located a few hundred meters away.
SAUNA: Paid access (closed until further notice, subject to changes based on the health situation)
POOL: Opening will depend on authorization from regional health authorities and may vary according to health regulations.

Our reception manager will arrange your check-in and remain available should you need anything throughout your stay. Please inform them of your expected arrival time at least one week in advance.

For those traveling with young children, a baby high chair and cot are available on request.

Please note that this apartment does not have any windows in the bedrooms.

Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property.

Guests also have the option to rent towels and bed linen by notifying us at least one week in advance:
Towel kit, which includes one bath towel and one hand towel, is available for seven euros
Single sheet kit, which includes one single sheet, one duvet cover, and one pillowcase, is available for fifteen euros
Double sheet kit, which includes one double sheet, one double duvet cover, and two pillowcases, is available for eighteen euros
