The room was as depicted and clean. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience and will not be returning. I called on the way (before booking) and made sure we would be able to take a shuttle to the airport at a certain time. This was the reason we were staying at this location, so that we could avoid parking at the airport for a long stay. I asked twice on the phone to make sure that the specific time we would need was available. When we arrived (10 min later), they said they had filled all of the shuttle spots for the time we needed. Conveniently, this was after I had paid for the room and could not receive a refund.

Affordable location but not walkable. If you stay here, budget for an Uber or rent a car. Friendly staff and convenient airport shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I locked myself out of the room. Not far from the Cincinnati Zoo or the ball park which I ended up doing in the same day.
