Décevant

Hôtel situé près d’une usine. Nous avions une chambre face à cette usine bruyante également la nuit. Par conséquent ce n’est pas un lieu calme. Le pommeau de douche défectueux et des arrêts sur images constants à la télé. Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas et rideau de fenêtre spartiate. Le personnel est gentil mais absolument pas professionnel. Il était à côté de la plaque: ne sait pas utiliser un outil informatique et ne peut pas ouvrir le distributeur de boissons. Cerise sur le gâteau : on nous annonce une note beaucoup plus élevé que notre réservation sur l’application hôtel.com. Un hôtel idéal pour une étape à moindre prix mais il ne faut pas s’éterniser.
