First checked in and there was 2 inches of standing water in our tub. They instantly found us a new room. That room was fine. Bed comfortable room was clean. Biggest issue is that we had to get new keys like 3-4 times. One time the desk clerk had to get us into our room as the key she had just made did not work. The interior of the property could use some TLC both appearance and mechanically.

Nice property & friendly staff. A little dated but quite hotel with plenty of near by restaurants and shopping to choose from. Would stay there again.

We stayed in room 220, it was okay not bad. The only thing I did not like was there was chest or pubic hair on the nathroom floor, which was pretty gross, especially for the price of the room and $150.00 deposit-you do get back if you don't trash the room. I loved the location of the hotel.

Bed was very uncomfortable and property is rundown. One elevator is very noisy and unnerving to ride in. Great location but the hotel needs updating and new beds!

Ice machines not working, requested house keeping and after the changed our room due to door refusing to open after 2 key changes they did not transfer house keeping to new room. Once called about it at 1:30 pm. I was told that’s I did not request it and it was too late. Very disappointing. Front desk was rude after that. The TV decided after 10 minutes to shut down the turn back on shut down and turn back on. I was asked at 7:00 pm if we wanted a room change we declined it was a very disappointing stay.
