Mais Oui Villa is an 8bedroom, 7 bath fully staffed villa for rent in Discovery Bay, Jamaica. The villa boasts sea views and plenty on site amenities such as:

The quote you receive covers the rental of the villa with exclusive access to all of its' amenities listed above. Additional costs to anticipate include the following:

- Meals and Alcohol:

We recommend guests budget US$70 - US$80 per person per day for groceries to cover three meals per day at the villa. Note this is a budget estimate, not a "price". Your grocery costs are determined by your specific choices and amounts consumed. You will pay the grocery store directly. The chef will shop for you. Alcohol would be additional and you would select/purchase that yourselves. Typically the driver stops with you on the way to the villa from the airport to get this. This is how we ensure guests get their favorites to have during your stay. We do have ordering options for your convenience. Outside of this, the staff will grocery shop for you and the chef prepares all your meals. Again, you are in control of how much you and your group spend on meals based on your choices, portion sizes and itinerary.

- Gratuities:

Minimum 10% of the villa rental (not including taxes or any site fees) for high season and 15% low season. This should not be viewed as optional as it is an industry standard for staffed villas in Jamaica. This is customarily paid directly to staff in cash for their efforts to go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful! If you want/need to use a credit card for this we can facilitate no problem.

- Spa Services:

These are a la carte from our menu and by appointment only. Most guests arrange a spa day or two during their stay via our butler.

- Excursions/Activities:

Entry fees to various excursions in our area such as river rafting, horseback riding, zip-lining and many, many more.

- Transportation:

You will need transportation unless you plan to only relax at the villa (some people do, and it's a good thing since there's a lot to do at the villa itself). The van and driver most of our guests use charges US$200/day for 8-hour day if hired for two or more days (US$250 for one day only) - this is for groups up to 10 persons. For groups of 11 - 20 persons the cost is US$300/day (US$350 for only one day booked). This includes 1 tank of gas for a given day and service to destinations along the North Coast of the island between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay. Any additional gas needed is guests' responsibility.
