You may not venture far, with The New Forest and Dorset Coast on the doorstep, but if you are in search of a day trip, then the Historic Corfe Castle with its steam railway is well worth a visit or head further west to Lyme Regis and search for fossils along the Jurassic Coast. Perfect in every way!
This was an ideal stay - the house surpassed our expectations and was really good value for money. Every bit of space has been designed fantastically and it was a beautifully quiet, excellent stay. The restaurant/walk/activities suggested by the guide book are a lovely touch as are all the little additions around the house. Would definitely come again and would have loved this stay to have been longer!
