Fantastic from start to finish! Reception wonderfully helpful, booked our taxi for evening Show, bubbly and friendly. Bar staff and bar prices fantastic! Breakfast was excellent Cleanliness of hotel was great throughout… will definitely return and recommend!.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room overlooking the river was clean, quiet and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. All the staff were exceptional and welcoming and the breakfast included a wide range of options to cater for all needs. A good end to our holiday.

In terms of eco-friendliness, although there was a notice saying if we didn't want towels changed, we should hang them up, which we did, the chambermaid gave us clean towels for our second night.
