Great spot!

Place was perfect! Place is fully furnished and applianced. Has all the beach gear: chairs, towels, sunblock, etc. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Very clean. Jacuzzi with crystal clear water. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Ernie responded to all my messages, within just a few minutes. Thursday night art walk in Rincon is spectaculiar!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our 3 week stay. The cottage kitchen had everything we needed and we used the grill on the patio. The bedroom and bathroom were roomy and comfortable. Easy access to all the beach fun in town. We appreciate having beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Was a great getaway.

Incredible property

The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in rincon. About a 5-10 min drive to the center. The listing is honest and everything we wanted. 4 min walk to the beach- had beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, washer/dryer, jacuzzi, cool ac. The only difficulty was finding the place. The address that VRBO has, doesnā€™t take you to the property. However, we contacted the host, and he graciously led us to his home. It was late at night and he stayed on the phone with us until we walked through the front door. What an incredible and caring host. We will absolutely be back.

Amazing Experience!

My partner and I stayed at Ernieā€™s place for a long weekend and it was ideal. Close enough to all the spots in Rincon in a quiet neighborhood. The property was spectacular. Super clean, beautiful, and squeaky clean. Ernie was extremely timely in his responses and was generous enough to let us borrow some beach gear beyond our checkout time. We got engaged during the trip as the cherry on top. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect location and property

This place was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for! Had every amenity imaginable in the kitchen and the rest of the casa was as expected and even better! Ernie was quick to respond to any questions and helpful in every way. ACā€s worked great and they needed to because it was hot. Loved the local feel of the area and 510 minute drive to many beaches and we tried most of them. Would highly recommend and will definitely look him up when back in the area!

perfect stay for a couples trip to rincon

house was nicely renovated and clean, great communication with owner, he answered any questions i had and gave great recommendations. house came with plenty of useful things including towels, snorkel, beach chairs etc. expect to get woken up at the crack of dawn from the neighborhood roosters!! they are quite loud but not bad if youā€™re an early riser. 5 min drive to center of town! great spot !!

House was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped. Place was clean, we had beach chairs, a cooler, a beach bag and extra beach towels. We didnā€™t use it, but there was washer/dryer and a small inflatable hot tub. At first we were not sure of the neighborhood, but found it to be and feel very safe. Puerto Rico has had some very trying times and the island shows it. However we found everyone to be friendly and inviting and we never felt not safe. We would certainly stay here again and suggest you do too.

Fun little beach house

Ernieā€™s place is very nice. Its a perfect get away for a couple looking for something instead of a hotel. Has a full kitchen huge bedroom and a modest living room. Also has an inflatable hot tub - which is nice after a day of surfing. Only real negative is the neighbors have chickens and roosters. So, expect a 6am farmerā€™s alarm clock (enda around 6:30). But with some white noise, not a deal breaker.

Amazing stay!

My wife and I completely loved our stay in this property. The house was clean, organized and had beautiful decor. The kitchen had all the essentials, we loved all the beach equipment provided with our say( beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler). The shower was clean and had all the toiletries included; towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet paper, hair blower, bathroom spray and toilet even has a bidet! Ernie was always responsive upon communication and was very accommodating. The house is just like it looks on the photos, we loved having breakfast outside in the outdoor table and chair. OMG I loved loved my stay here!! Ernieā€™s place looked just like the photos! It was clean and cozy! Ernie is the best, answered all my questions and Evan offer to have some snacks and waters at the house before my arrival! It was my bday trip TSA took my small bottle of champagne and i asked Ernie if he could get me a small bottle and he did ,plus a birthday balloon!! Like how sweet! The location is perfect, a 10-15 drive into the cute city of Rincon! I would for say rent a car because taxi and Uber are non existent! But the house has EVERYTHING you will need! I will for sure be booking again ā¤ļø

Stay at Casa Chencho

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was so spacious, comfortable and cute and had everything we needed and more. It was a quick drive to down and a quick walk to the beaches. Very relaxing. Looking forward to coming back soon :)
