Correct pour une étape

Une halte sur la route en direction de Sarlat.Accueil sympathique. La chambre standard mériterait un rafraîchissement plus moderne notamment la salle de bain (photos hotel.com ne correspondent pas). Ce qui est dommage. Cependant pour une nuit cela suffit. Propreté rien à redire. Restaurant bon et correct en prix. Nous avons bien mangé (carte halloween). Une équipe jeune et efficace. Par contre, le pdj ne mérite pas les 11€ facturés par personne (annoncé à 9€ sur hotel.com).

Nous somme certes arrivés un peu tard mais cela n'excuse pas que "Bruno" nous réponde qu'il était en plein service sur un ton à la limite de l'agressivité lorsque nous nous sommes présentés.bizarement malgré qu'il soit en plein service impossible d'obtenir quoi que ce soit à manger.heureusement que le reste de l'équipe était fort sympathique pour compenser un peu notre ressenti sur le séjour...cependant la chambre était bien même si elle ne correspond pas à celle réservée ( pas de logia d'après la réceptionniste cela serai un erreur du site hôtel.com mais nous avons pourtant bien été facturé le prix de la loggia...)

De la photo à la réalité, tout un monde

J’ai réservé sur le site avec de belles photos d’une chambre très moderne et me suis retrouvé avec une chambre de 1970. 2 petits lits en vieux bois, une salle de bain d’un joli bleu vintage avec douche dont le rideau traînait par terre et le support de pommeau démonté. Et le ponpon, pas d’eau chaude le matin ( un geste commercial à été fait à ce sujet).
