Enjoy a unique stay in our dual purpose lodging and horse barn on our working family farm and ranch spanning over 500 acres. This rustic yet cozy ranch bunkhouse offers a unique experience, blending modern amenities with the restful beauty of the countryside. Whether you’re a horse enthusiast , an RV traveler, or a group of family or friends looking for something uncommon the 4T Bunkhouse has something for everyone. Located close to the Waco area, our Bunkhouse offers easy access to the city attractions and a retreat back to the peacefulness of our rural location.
We have 3 RV hookups with water and electricity. If you travel with your horse in tow, we have 3 stalls indoors and 3 outdoor as well as a 60’ round pen available for fees.
We have games and a 65” Roku TV inside as well as outdoor BBQ grill, roping dummy, horseshoe pits, hammock, picnic table and rockers for enjoying the evening sunsets over the quiet fields.

What a gem!
What a surprise this place is! Talk about attention to details. It is beautiful, peaceful, and has everything you could ask for. The host is so kind and understanding. We cannot wait to come back! It is close to the Silos, but we could have just stayed around the house and relaxed!
