The bus is located within a privacy fence area to give some degree of seclusion, but wildlife etc. can be viewed from the windows and rear covered area with fire pit and grill. Located approx 7 minutes from exit 18,21,22 on i95 in Ridgeland sc, this property is a very convenient drive to Savannah, Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton head and a reasonable drive to Charleston for a day trip.

7 mile walking trail that is a public dirt road joins the property, which winds through secluded southern plantation forestry.
