Free breakfast was a total fiasco. OMG you would thing people went of a hunger strike before checking in. Ended up skipping it all together.

Clean, renovated, very nice. Nice pool inside & out. We stayed with our dog, so glad we found this gem! Next to a park, pond, fountain in the pond. GREAT walking trails, birds chirping, fabulous.

Caring and Helpful staff

Pros: Free breakfast
My husband stayed at this hotel to attend the Marine boot camp graduation of his son. When he arrived he found that he did not ahve a charger for his cel phone, so staff found him one from the lost and found. They allowed him to maek one phone call to me to give me an update. The staff wa shelpful in every way they could be to make his stay as comfortable as possible. I appreciate them taking care of him.

Not 4 business travel.

Internet service not working. Desk indicated CHOICE had been contacted to fix. (Did not realize Choice fixed these - Lie #1) Upon check out, I presented the room card proclaiming my 100% satisfaction gaurentee. The desk person could not honor this, without approval from the manager who not arrive till 1:00PM. (100% Satisfaction Card - Lie #2) The desk person indicated I would get a call from the manager, but that I had to pay for my room. (Never got the call - Lie #3) Left a message with the manager, around 4:00PM, who's voice mail indicated that she would call me back. 2 days later,,, still no call. (Lie #4) Meanwhile, they processed the payment on my card. Too bad for them. I am a business traveler,,, spending almost 90 days per year in a hotel. I was looking to move from Wyndham Rewards,,, to the Choice awards. But if this is indicative of the Choice Hotel's,,, I don't think I can afford to do that. Think from now on,,, I'll just stay in Savanna, or go on to Hilton Head. OH,,, and the internet was working at the Days Inn across the street. I took my laptop over, showed them my Wyndham rewards card, and they gave me a pass to jump on the network, right in the lobby. They said it was OK, even if I was staying at a Choice hotel. They hoped I would stay with them next time, and they told me there are frequent issues with the internet at Comfort,,, but I can not confirm or deny this. However, they did understand business deadlines and business travel.
