We did not fully enjoy our stay. The staff were nice and responsive. However the toilet flush did not work 5 out of 6 times. We had to open the tank lid and push the knobs to get water pipe working. I complained 3 times but no one solved the problem. I had setup all my things else would have moved to new room if offered, but we were not offered room change as well. It’s very very old bathroom and toilet.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room I was given had a broken bathroom tile and molding on the door frame that was coming off the wall. I requested a different room, hoping it would be better. Unfortunately, the second room was in even worse condition; there were visible patchwork repairs all over the walls and a broken mirror in the bathroom. Given the condition of both rooms, I decided to check out after only 15 minutes. The front desk staff was not helpful in resolving the situation, and I am still trying to obtain a refund. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
