The 1400 sq ft (130 sq. m) suite has been remodeled with black Mahagony hardwood flooring and quartz counter tops and provides a quiet refuge in the hidden waterfront City of Point Richmond.
Over half a dozen restaurants, two grocery stores, multiple coffee shops are within one or two short blocks. Short access to bike trails, Marin County, Keller Beach, hiking trails with panoramic view of the Bay Area, bird watching, and secluded shorelines, and a lot more.
Take the Ferry to San Francisco's Ferry building: 2 miles away. Or walk to the historic Richmond Plunge for a swim.

Surprising, hidden gem in the midst of what initially looks like an industrial area. Once you get into the neighborhood, it's quite a find with local shops and eateries i walking distance.The entry steps to the front door are no joke so take it easy with heavy suitcases.

I had an amazing stay at this charming rental in Point Richmond! The location was perfect—tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to local shops, waterfront views, and great hiking trails. The space itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—from cozy linens to a well-equipped kitchen. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making check-in a breeze and ensuring I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Cleaning people did not communicated to the owner/manager of the house few things are empty or missing in the house (hand soap, soap, coffee etc,) but once he found out he delivered them to the house which we appreciated very much.

Character home

Top two floors of a three storey character house 40 minute drive to San Francisco. Beautiful updates and lots of space. Centre of Point Richmond is charming but surrounded by industrial factories. There is a small beach nearby and also you can take a 35 minute ferry into the Embarcadero.

Beautiful Home with a great location

Point Oasis was exactly as described, the outdoor Garden/Patio is absolutely gorgeous. The owner was quick to reply to any questions I had and provided us with lots of info that helped make our stay even better. Point Oasis is also located between San Francisco and Nappa Valley which makes it an ideal location if you're looking to visit both areas, either one is no more than 40 to 45 minutes away. if you're looking for a charming, very clean, and well stocked kitchen with a beautiful patio to relax on Point Oasis is your place.

Restful Oasis

I needed a place for my brother to recooperate after a stem cell transplant at UCSF. He needed to stay in the SF area. Fassil’s 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 floor home was better than I imagined!This property was wonderful, beautiful, clean, spacious. Beautiful private patio area table off kitchen, 2 large , updated bathrooms, large kitchen and dining room. I can’t say enough good things! I also enjoyed Point Richmond and the quaint town steps away and the nearby park with trails and small beach. It was perfect for our needs in every way. Fassil was wonderful too and even hung Sun blocking curtains in one room so my brother could sleep better! Wish I was there now!
