Room was clean and beds were comfortable, looked newly remodeled. There were some blinking lights outside and train noise. The blinds were pretty good at blocking most light and they provided ear plugs for noise.

If the pool was open it would be nice and rooms well not a good place to relax you get wake-up at 1 am 2 am 3 am loud nice from cars and smell of mariguana people talking and lighting goes in the rooms

Excellent customer service by Stefani at check in, I felt very welcomed, thank you. Leticia in the breakfast room very kind, always attentive. Demi, Gabriel, and Sarai thank you so much for the room service, and the extra coffee pads. I recommend this hotel, they have full breakfast, clean rooms and there are no homeless around.
