Although we were there only for an overnight, the room was ready early which was a big help and our room was very spacious, extremely clean and lovely. The interaction with the hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Very loud cleaning staff that comes to your door to clean your room 2 hours before check out. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Need better signage as the property lay out is like a labyrinth. Bring walking shoes.

We stayed on the 15th floor, room 1563. We could not get in touch with guest services from our phone. Temperature in the room was hard to manage. Water temperature was terrible, and I let it run because I understand that being on the top floor be an issue. Never got warmer than lukewarm.

The Omni is an attractive convention hotel. check in was quick and easy. Could hear neighbors when walking down the halls and the TV from the next room when in bed.
