This was the absolute worst experience at a hotel been woken two days in a row by a rat dog at 6:30 and nobody did a thing about it at front desk! Towels were stained, floors were absolutely disgusting when we first came in the room for the first time! Hot tub was down and was really the main reason I booked this hotel overall if I had the choice this would be a zero star hotel in my opinion

I like that it had waffles, eggs and sausage for part of their breakfast. We have not stayed in a hotel with a good Continental breakfast for quite a while. So that was nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly. It's a little bit quirky just because it's an older hotel that they've tried to fix up and there's some things that haven't quite all the way made it yet.

Basic Amenities Broken/Missing :(

Bathroom had NO door ! Big design flaw ! If any member of your family needs to take a 💩, I assure you the entire hotel room will smell the evidence. Hot tub was cold, pool freezing. A big part of why we booked was for the pool so this was a big disappointment. I had seen previous reviews talking about the broken hot tub, but I figure within a few weeks time of the last review it had surely been fixed. Nope 👎 No fridge in room, makes figuring out how to keep my baby’s milk from spoiling a disaster. Lights that are attached to headboard don’t work and there’s no nightstands by bed. Room was fairly clean, but bathroom needs a deep clean. Caulking around tub is pink and grubby. The place has potential if they fixed up some very basic amenities. Front desk staff were friendly & looks newly renovated. I wish I could give it more stars, but sadly the amount of shortfalls keeps me from doing so.

Valentines Day Weekend

Check in was hassle free, quick with amazing customer service. The hotel is clean and we got a beautiful view of the River Walk.

Disgusting Trashed rooms

Rooms were destroyed. Paint peeling in both the rooms we were in walls were filthy and there was marks and scuffs on the headboards. The first room we were in before I requested another one looked like there was a 10 man brawl in there and they just lazily slapped plaster over all the damages. The second room we got had the AC on its February in south eastern Idaho cold is an understatement. Other than the freezing room it smelled like mildew so strong it was making my wife sick. I was able to turn the heater on even though the knob was broke. And it started to smell of a nasty burning smell. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful as she could be. Didn’t have an issue switching us rooms and was very kind through the whole nasty process.

The internet was spotty and unreliable, they ran out of coffee on my second day and had no substitute for the rest of the week, the staff did not appear knowledgeable or helpful, I was awaken by a random phone call to the wrong room in the middle of the night, I asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions and was never put in touch with them, and the pool was inaccessible, the rooms themselves were clean enough (though the first room I was assigned was not) but clearly not well taken care of or maintained, there was cigarette ash in the elevator.

Worst Hotel Ever!

It was horrible! There was mold in the shower. The beds were extra firm. The bedding was dirty. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
