The beds were comfortable, that's about it. Hallways, walls, floors were dirty and stained. The jacuzzi was so cloudy and moldy on the tiles my kids didn't even want to get in. My window didn't even lock, didn't have a screen, and most windows had ripped screens. I'm local and do staycations with my kids a few times a year. Will not be staying here or letting family/friends stay here. Come on IF, do better!!

The pictures are false advertisement. Keys didn't work, it smelled terrible, only one ragged towel, cheap, beat up furniture looked like it was bought at auction. Needs a complete remodel, carpet was probably riddle with mold. We almost slept in the car.

The staff was nice but the property was very dirty. Our room had drawings on the wall, the bathroom door was hanging and didn’t lock and the towel bar fell off when I dried my hands. We booked and “received” a room with queen beds but the beds were only doubles. The room was also missing the desk chair and the ironing board, both of which I needed.

This motel is under construction. No breakfast/lobby is filled with mattresses. Room was unfinished, no airconditioning (didn't work and it was a 90 degree day) WiFi did not work. Workers and their equipment everywhere. I believe it is committing fraud to even rent this out in this condition. I did not stay and now travelocity is not honoring a refund. Do not under any condition stay here!!!! I am so angry right now. OSHA should be involved. I wish I would have taken pictures.

The hotel was under construction. The lobby was being remodeled. when we walked in or out the workers would stare like we weren't supposed to be using the entrance. TI did not see any signs or no one gave different instructions. The workers worked over night and some times you could hear them which made it hard to fall asleep. The second night it was roped off, glad i didn't need the front desk. I was not impressed with the brown bag breakfast either, drinks weren't even cold. I saw them sitting on the counter thd night before. I went to get batteries for the tv remote. He took some out of a another remote that didn’t work. I didn’t go back to try again. The smell was horrible from the remodel whenever we left the room. It would have been nice to know this was going on before i booked.

Under construction! Felt like a horror film set. 1st room they gave us wasn't cleaned from previous stay. While we were in line to switch, other guests were complaining about the same issue. Hallways were a mess. 2nd room we couldn't get the keys to work so we decided to leave.

When booking this, it looked as though they were sliding doors to the outside right here off the river and it’s actually windows and it’s not a good location for dogs because there’s no outside door and it’s filthy out there. There’s geese poop cigarettes. Several screens are knocked out, probably from dogs, jumping up on the windows.

We stayed at this property before and other than some minor construction issues we like the facility. The check in clerk was great this time, but upon showering discovered no bath towels, only 4 hand towels and a floor mat. I told the desk person upon check out and he did not even offer an apology.

disgusting..pubic hairs everwhere in the bathrooms.refrigerator was dead.. long female black hairs in the bed. not only will i never stay there again.. i will never trust travelocity again either for having a link to the worst hotel i have ever stayed in..

Christopher, thank you for the feedback. The refrigerator was replaced with a new one, and it was working when staff installed it for you. You were further offered to be moved and upgraded to a different room. The front desk agent took you to that room, which you inspected and said it was nicer and cleaner, but you REFUSED to move to it. If the hotel is attempting to accommodate you and you say the move would be better and you refuse it, it is disingenuous to now leave a bad review. It is your opinion that it is the worst hotel YOU have stayed in. Many others disagree, thank you for sharing your opinion.
