Approximately 600 square feet. Has a King Size Bed. Two queen size air mattresses available upon request and a Sofa Bed. Pull right up to your apartment, quick and easy access!

This neighborhood is quiet and has great residence living around it. All residence park in the back, this apartment has it's own parking pad in the front of it. This large pad has ample room for your free parking needs! We hope that you enjoy your stay with us, and return again for your needs!

Rexborg Idaho Apartment

The place was nicely decorated, had all necessities, was close to everything and was very clean! Sephlin goes over and above to accommodate her guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the area.

Great location! Very hospitable!

We loved staying here while getting our daughter settled into her apartment. This is located a very short walk from BYUI campus. The beds are very comfortable. Sephlin was a very hospitable host and has thought of everything you might need. We can’t wait to be back and we will stay here again!!!
