Great base to everything Revelstoke has to over, only a short drive to downtown and easy access to the highway. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was huge.

Easy check in. I checked in from the information in the text message. Upon check in, I received a call from the front desk to confirm everything was ok. If I could offer one piece of advice, the room was quite dark. Additional lighting would be great.

The room was clean, roomy and renovated but I felt it dark. Could use another lamp to see better while using the counter top. There were no place to hang the towels in the bathroom and the one hand towel we had was actually a bath mat. While sitting in the hot tub respectfully with 10 people (5 of which were kids) we were told and threatened by the staff telling us there were too many people in the hot tub and some of us needed to leave. If we didn't comply they would take our damage deposit and call the police.

Good experience overall, convenient location, comfortable room and bed, helpful staff. Insufficient hot water for the shower was a bit of a let down. Hot tub rules and scheduling need to be better communicated to guests.
