"Very clean, all linens white. No smells, stains, sounds, or surprises in the hotel or the room. Good wifi, good tv, fridge and microwave were helpful. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of breakfast options (if you like waffles take your own syrup). Great in room heater/air con. Good big desk to work at. "

"Staff was very nice and helpful to provide us with what we need for our kids. Room is clean, pool is clean with extended breakfast hours. It's a bonus if there is a hot tub, but overall we are satisfied and will come back! "

"As per usual everything absolutely most excellent, staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, assistive, accommodating and professional in their conduct and service, always going over and above to make certain that guests stays are pleasant, safe, welcoming and respectful. Any rowdy, noisy, disrespectful or otherwise are not tolerated and immediately dismissed from the premises. The only disadvantageous slight inconvenience is the lack of onsite guests laundry services availability hence the need for accessing the public laundry services a short distance away at a nearby shopping centre plaza otherwise all else is incredibly amazing."

"Room was clean and comfortable, pool and hot tub were lovely, desk staff were kind and smiley. The only potential issue would be that the walkway wasnt shovelled - early morning fine, but it was after 10am. That's a liability in the making. "
