It does not have rear neighbors, offers an enjoyable view of the park and it has a perfect amount of separation & accessibility. The park has tennis, volleyball & basketball courts, 4 playgrounds & horseshoe pits. Every room has king beds, TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime & Samsung TV plus. Kitchen is well stocked. Home is 9 miles away from the airport.

Great House for our stay in Sparks!!

A couple of friends and I stayed in this home for a fishing trip to Pyramid Lake. The home met our needs very well. It was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Great spot

We stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend to visit my sister who lives nearby. House was as advertised with the basic amenities. Backing up to the park and green space was great for my young kids. Thank you!
