The rooms are very small especially for 3 people. 1 person used the pull out sofa bed which was hard as a rock. The sheets for the bed did not make it any better. Every time the AC came on you would have thought a hurricane was hitting. On the positive side, the people working there were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately it doesn't make up for how disappointing this hotel was. Its not a place I would recommend staying.

Beautifully updated rooms. Very comfortable. The valet service went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay carefree parking. SHAMIKA greeting was courteous and inviting. She picked up the mobility scooter out back of vehicle and all its parts easily and graciously. The "bistro" was not open most of our stay , but there were plenty of great cafes and resturant within walking distance.

The attitude of the employees towards guests was one of distaine, and complete arrogance. In particular the receptionists at the desk. We have always felt the Courtyard was a top hotel chain but this one was one of the worst we've ever experienced.
