Intended to be your home away from home, this three-bedroom, two-full bathroom condo is the ultimate summer getaway for your friends and family or for that much needed all-season weekend retreat. A two-foot story, cathedral ceiling living room and a well-designed loft are perfect places to sit back and unwind after a blissful day at the beach. Add ambiance and coziness by lighting a fire in the full-sized wood burning fireplace during off season weekend getaways and visits. An inviting dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen makes meal-prepping a breeze. Additionally, easily accessible on the main floor is the cozy master bedroom and a sleek master bathroom. On the second floor are two more, well-appointed, and comfy bedrooms, and a designer bathroom that guarantee adequate privacy and rest for everyone. Lastly, you will long remember taking in the view of Silver Lake and its abundant wildlife from the balcony.

Just a leisurely short walk from the condo and you will find yourself in the center of action on Rehoboth Avenue, with all the specialty shops and the finest restaurants Rehoboth Beach has to offer. Moreover, the beach and the boardwalk offer nothing less than spectacular views of the natural beauty of the Delaware coast. Take a stroll on the boardwalk at the crack of dawn to watch the sunrise, lazily lounge in the warm, honey-colored sand of Rehoboth Beach while taking in the sights and sounds of a beautiful summer day. Ahhhh.....life is good.

A complete set of bed linens are provided in all of the bedrooms. A bath and a hand towel are provided for each guest, but guests need to bring their own beach towels. Two bikes and four beach chairs are available for free. We also provide assigned parking in the community and a seasonal parking permit for residential parking anywhere that is not metered within Rehoboth Beach city limits. In addition, the property is located near the local school where, outside of school class time hours, the public can play tennis, pickleball, and basketball, and kids can play on one the more amazing playgrounds to be found anywhere. The courts are brand new and not very busy

Note: for vacationers with young children, although it is not evident, the railing over the loft is encased with a clear plexi glass. This precaution was taken to keep young children from going through or up the metal wiring running through the railing. Baby gates and plug guards are provided for guests who may wish to use them.

A NOTE ON SUPPLIES
We provide bedding for every bed, a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel for each bathroom, and kitchen tea towel. If you would prefer your own though or more quantity, we understand completely, and encourage you to bring it with you, if that works better for you.

In addition we provide some other supplies in very limited quantities upon arrival to give guests time to purchase whatever they need during their visit. Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, dishwashing liquid, machine dishwasher soap, a sponge, and a garbage bag in the kitchen and bathroom garbage cans.

We do not provide any of the following: beach towels, beach umbrellas, wash cloths, or laundry detergent, so please bring them with you or purchase them when you get to Rehoboth. There are many full service grocery stores, just a short drive from the property.

Grilling is only permitted in entrance well-ways as far from the building as possible. We do not provide a grill for cooking. Some guests buy disposable grills at the grocery store to grill on or bring a small grill with them. That is just fine.

A NOTE ON PROPERTY LAYOUT:
The condo is on the SECOND AND THIRD FLOORS of a townhouse-like property. There is one main entrance door to the townhouse-like property, and upon entering there are TWO doors leading to two separate condos. Upon entering Heron Place, a set of stairs leads you to the unit.
