Overall very positive experience. The pool room is horribly cold unless you’re in the hot tub. The kiddie pool is a tolerable temperature, but the big pool and the pool room itself are freezing cold.

We arrived for check in at 4, with 3 small kids, one being our newborn and the room was not ready. We had to wait until 430, and when we got into the room it had a very strong air freshener scent to it, and later found out there was no conditioner in the shower. Feel like the cleaning was rushed and corners were cut.

Was told could check in early. Came early and room wasn’t ready. Told there was an extra fee for my toddler to stay in the room even though we don’t require an extra bed. Open the pull out couch bed to a huge pee stain on the sheets. Really gross place. Disappointed

This hotel is always amazing from the appearance of the lobby with fresh flowers everyday to the prompt service at front desk. The staff are always helpful and always acknowledge you when passing in the halls. The morning breakfast is always hot and fresh with slection of baked goods.

Check in was quick with the help of PreCheckin. Room was passable for clean but mirrors could have used a good wipe and floors still had sand or gravel from the outside tracked in by snow in the closet. But we had no complaints. The kids enjoyed the pool and waterslides. The sauna was a nice surprise. We ate some complementary breakfast. The front desk when we checked in that evening was friendly and helpful. We had a great night stay and felt well rested for the continuation of our travels.

The front desk staff is not responsible as one of my key card doesn’t work, he tried to activate it again, then told me to go back to my room and tried. I did, but still not working, then I walked back to the front deck again, he just said he will find someone to fix it. Obviously, he didn’t do anything until I checked out on the next day. When I checked out, I told another staff at front desk what my complaint was, she talked back in a not so polite manner. The room is good and the waterslides are fun. It’s just the staffs there are not friendly and helpful at all.
