The front desk tried to charge me for my service dog. He said there is a fee of $25.00. I said No not for a service dog. He said was it on the website? I said Yes and then had to show it to him. You should know your own fees for charges and no charges. As they do not accept pets here only service dogs. My room was nice but had stains on the coach, carpet in a few different locations in the room. The curtains had stains and the wall next to the washroom looked like someone splashed something wet. Not cleaned up. I took pictures when I got there and just before I checked out to prove I did not make those stains and there were no new ones either.

Friendly Staff

Everyone we encountered in our stay was helpful and friendly. They all had smiles and made you feel welcome. They recommend a wonderful restaurant down the street for dinner called The Fancy Fork. The morning complimentary breakfast surpassed our expectations. We will most certainly stay at this hotel again when we are in the area.

Great hotel to stay in, staff was excellent, everyone was very friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Pool and slides were awesome! We stayed in the suite, it was perfect, really nice having a toilet room when there so many people in a room! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was nice and mostly clean. Cutlery in the suite was dirty and drywall was chipped away by what seems to be by the office chair. Of the 3 night stay, 2 mornings we woke up without hot water. They seemed to fix it within a few hours, but it impeded on many people’s day as they couldn’t shower in the morning. My kids loved the pool area and the continental breakfast was great and well ran. Overall was a great stay with a couple of hiccups.
