This spacious 3-bedroom 2-bath home is the perfect choice for your next escape! Sitting atop the hill overlooking the majestic Umpqua River where it meets the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy unobstructed 180 degree breathtaking views from the backyard hot tub and wrap around deck. Experience the world class Winchester Bay Sand Dunes with ride-in ride-out access. No need to trailer your sand toys to access the epic dunes right here in our backyard!

The bedrooms feature comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a king bed master suite with private bathroom and 65” flatscreen screen smart TV, a queen bed guest room with 58” flatscreen smart TV , and a twin over double bunk bed guest room with 55” flatscreen smart TV. Bunk room comes with an additional twin mattress tucked away for extra sleeping space. The bathrooms are newly renovated and come equipped with exceptional showers, soft towels, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, hand soap and lotion. Hair dryers are also provided for your convenience.

Full kitchen and dining room for large parties. Intimate family living room off the kitchen area with 58” flatscreen smart TV and comfortable sectional sofa and office/work desk. Feast your eyes on the newest shows and movies in our theater room equipped with 85” smart TV and reclining leather theater chairs. The theater room also has a table for game play, an additional large sectional sofa and spacious love seat overlooking the captivating backyard river, ocean and dune views.

The welcoming and luxurious atmosphere and amenities of this property will make guests feel on top of the world! Come experience our little slice of paradise for yourself!

Review: We absolutely loved our stay at this Luxurious Hilltop Home with Direct Dune Access and would definitely stay again! The property was clean, welcoming, and in a fantastic location with excellent parking. Being able to take a super short drive (about a block) to the dunes instead of trailering made the trip so much more enjoyable. We had 5 SxS’s, 3 trucks, and trailers — and there was plenty of room.The views were beautiful (when the Oregon fog lifted, of course!), and overall the property fit our needs perfectly. As a property manager, real estate broker, and vacation rental owner myself, my expectations are always high, and this home delivered. We did share a couple of minor items with the owner that haven’t yet been addressed, but nothing that would keep us from recommending this place highly.The only real clarification I’d suggest is about the hot tub — it’s a 2-person spa, not a full-size, and it does need better maintenance. Other than that, this property was fantastic. We’ll absolutely stay here again the next time we head back to Oregon!

Our family stay for 4 days was exceptional in this lovely home with views of the river, beach and dunes. Interior amenities were very clean, comfortable and accommodating for 4 adults and 3 children. We all appreciated the attention to details, well stocked kitchen, modern bathrooms, very comfortable beds and linens. Having the STARLINK WiFi and televisions was so useful. Just a few items were of concern 1) no barbecue 2) the broken railing at front stairs was a challenge and 3) lower next door neighbors had to fire off fireworks after 10pm several nights. We will highly recommend this home for a wonderful experience at the coast. Thank you
