We booked through Expedia, and the room was paid at the time of the reservation. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m, and the person at the desk couldn't find our reservation. We stood there for over half an hour with her apologizing and telling us that it was something wrong with the computer. She asked for a credit card information to hold in case there were any damages to the room. We were finally given a room on the first floor. When we entered the room, it was a handicapped room. My husband and I are two tall people, and the bed was extremely low for us. We left it at that because we were very tired being so late. Early in the morning, just before 8 a.m. the phone to the room rang, we didn't pick it up and continued sleeping. At 8:30 a.m. there was a knock on the door telling us that we needed to go to the front desk immediately. When we got there, we were told that we had not paid for the room, and needed to pay right away. We asked for the hotel supervisor, and were told there was none working until Monday. It was Saturday. We asked for the front desk supervisor or any supervisor at that, and we were told no supervisors were on site. We wonder who supervises the staff there? There's no accountability for anything that happens at the hotel? We left the hotel saying never to come back.
