This villa is located in Rawai that offers stunning beaches, international standard restaurants, and it is near Nai Harn beach, which is one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket island.

Living space:

- a fully equipped kitchen- with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware,hot-cold water dispenser, etc.
- Two air-conditioed bedrooms with own bathroom, double bed. One is overlooking the pool with a terrace.

- The large terrace: providing outdoor dining table for 6-8 seaters and lounge seat for 4 people, it's connected to large space of pool deck and swimming pool, having a sunbath with provided sun-beds.

RATE INCLUDES:

RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit

-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
