Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication

DO NOT RENT THIS VILLA

The owner never responded to my calls or emails as per the hotel.com instructions. I tried multiple times to contact the owner via the phne # I was given. The owner also never responded to any messages I sent, hence, I was unable to stay at the villa and had to find a new hotel room. I expect hotels.com to reimburse in full!!!!!!!!
