"I had booked two rooms through Expedia. I got an email that I had 2 rooms. When we arrived they only found one room under my last name. They had another available room so there was no problem. I then started checking the Expedia website (as there is no phone number to call) and it appeared that the other room was under the last name of one of my other travelers. I returned and they found it and used that for our second room. This was disturbing especially when there was no one to talk with who would take responsibility to find the problem. The rest of the stay was good but watch out for this !"
