Excellent location for Versailles

Enjoyable but didn’t like having a tiny paper cup for coffee as it burns your fingers! Nice touch having a choice for room housekeeping or not which you were 'rewarded' with a gift of soap. Good restaurant but very limited choice on menu.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht, um Freunde in Rambouillet zu buchen. Für uns war es eine gute Wahl, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber wenn man nur dort schlafen möchte, reicht es allemal!

Bonjour, J’ai séjourné récemment à l’hôtel BW Rambouillet (chambre 37) et je suis très déçue par la qualité des prestations, notamment en matière d’hygiène. En tant que professionnelle du secteur, je suis restée sans voix devant l’état de la chambre : poussière épaisse, saletés visibles, bouilloire encrassée, cheveux dans la bonde et les rainures de la douche, ainsi que des projections sur les murs et le plafond. J’avais également choisi cet hôtel pour sa salle de sport, mais celle-ci était dans un état lamentable : sol sale, absence totale de rangement, matériel mal entretenu. Je parcours régulièrement la France et séjourne souvent dans des établissements BW (Coquelles, Thionville, Loos…) qui offrent des prestations bien supérieures pour un tarif similaire. J’ai payé plus de 120 € pour une nuit, ce qui ne correspond en rien à la qualité attendue. Avant d'écrire ce commentaire, j'ai contacté a 2 reprises le directeur, qui ne m'a jamais répondu.
