This hotel was a huge disappointment. The restaurant was dirty, the food looked awful- we did not eat breakfast here. The hallways were dark and our rink smelled wierd.

The shuttle DID not run, so I was stranded at the airport. I am handicap. This was first time in Raleigh and I didn’t know anyone. I tried to take a Lyft but apparently I was in the wrong location at the airport so the driver couldn’t find me and I was charged a “no show” fee. Finally, I took a taxi to the hotel for $30 which was not part of my budget. I chose this hotel because it had transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was nice but I was really upset trying to find transportation on a rainy night.

Saturday morning October 4th housekeeping kept knocking on our door despite the do not disturb sign so much that my husband had to yell to get them to go away. Other than that it was a good stay

Just ok- standard hotel that is older but has attempted renovations. Room was big (former double king room) toilet seat was falling off the toilet and room had a general “older hotel” smell. Breakfast was standard minimal options.
