Overall our stay was really good! Quiet and the breakfast was good. The hallway did smell and was disappointed the pool was closed. We booked this place because of the pool.

Natalie and the gentleman were both friendly at check in. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable! The breakfast was very good but there is limited seating so make sure you go down early. Our only complaint is that our room was located beside the laundry chute that the cleaning staff use. It was very noisy. Also I had to pay a $100 refundable deposit on the room that I wasn't expecting in addition to my room rate at check in.

Friendly front desk staff at check in & out. Large and clean room. My only issue is that as woman I did not like parking my car in the back of the hotel which is a little creepy at night. There's no sidewalk to get to the front of the hotel in order to get let in.

The hotel smells really bad. The ac in our room worked but never got the room cold. The area surrounding the hotel is not the greatest area. There are transient people everywhere. I almost ran over someone who was panhandling when I drove in the first night. The lobby areas are very hot and I think it’s because they don’t rub the air conditioning. There was a terrible smell throughout the whole hotel. The pool was closed so my kids were disappointed that they couldn’t use the pool. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was it had a pool and holiday inns are typically nice clean hotels. This one was very disappointing
