Great Stay!

We checked in very late and James the front my desk attendant was super kind and helpful. He walked us out to car to make sure we were safe getting our luggage and also help guide us for parking. We weren’t sure what to expect since we booked it while traveling and an hour before arrival and we were extremely pleased.

I would give -5000 stars if I could. The parking lot is nothing short of an absolute crapshow. The lady at the night desk, literally didn’t give a damn. Didn’t even check in. Had my non-refundable room refunded without issue though, Expedia were wonderful. As were the local police department!

First impression with the front desk staff, greeting was terrible, no hi, no how are you. Very flat face. Noticed the bad odor as soon as we entered the hallways. Odor was worse once entering the room. About 30 mins of being in the room, I noticed a roach crawling from the bathroom. We immediately packed up, informed the front desk. We shook all of our things before entering our vehicle. I’m still waiting for a refund.

The staff are polite and oh so happy to help make your stay perfect. The rooms are very clean and inviting. My husband and I have stayed here for years when he visits the BA, a short distance down the street. I feel comfortable here while he is in the hospital, and always have. Great place to stay!
