Perfect place to relax
The cottage was just the right size for four adults, two children and a dog. I have difficulty getting up and down stairs so the downstairs en-suite was ideal. We were so fortunate with the weather and had a dry sunny week which made it even more relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the terrace or in the kitchen watching the children playing. Various members of the party took the opportunity to take walks around the wood and fields. The children went to feed the chickens and collect eggs on a couple of mornings and were able to get up close to the lambs. Good size fridge/freezer but do check that it’s set high enough. We had milk go off twice
before we realised . Used the barbecue one afternoon and a good time was had by all. I would recommend Lavender Cottage for your holiday.
