5 Nights in Rabat

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Good selection breakfast buffet in roomy space. Well located, easy walk to main attractions and transport. Supermarket over the road and loads of restaurants and laundry service nearby. Hard floor coverings in rooms can be a bit noisy at times. Enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed here many times before and have always loved this hotel.. it's very close to everything you need while visiting Rabat.. The recent renovations were very nice and I enjoyed my stay very much again.. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms director and front desk staff personally ensured my two rooms were in order for my reservation.. The breakfast staff in the morning were also very friendly and made sure everyone was well taken care of every morning.. The front door gentleman was always willing to help and assist you immediately with a smile ..I stayed here 14 nights and I will definitely continue to stay here because of the great hospitality and recommend to my friends and colleagues when they come to visit Rabat from the US... Thank you for a wonderful stay...

Didn’t meet expectations

Location and staff were great, however the room was not what I expected at all. The description stated it was a twin superior room with a 42” inch tv and plenty of channels. The room was very outdated the bathtub drew a brown maybe rust like water when we tried to run a bath. The tv must’ve been 28” with 10 channels. Overall the whole hotel could do with a major modern renovation. Not impressed.

I booked non smoking room . They gave me a smoking room on first night . Also we had to share bath towel with my wife . And the duvet was too single bed rather than double bed . Air con was not working and room was too cold at night .. they gave us another room after complaining. But the experience on first day left us in bad mood. Hotel .com gave us information that city tax is €2.00 person but they ended charging is €4.00 person per night .. it seems Hotel.com didn’t update information. I don’t think the fees reflect the rating of Hotel per say . I stayed at hotel Agdal(3 star) in Marakech . It seems that Hotel is far much better than this Rihad Hotel WiFi service is good but not good on second floor . The smelly room had fridge which was working, but the suit room . So called top of the range room didn’t have one . And the floor board were old peeling away the top layer Hotel.com booked but they had invoice saying Expedia booked for us .. wonder if Hotel.com made some cut out of booking

A zero star hotel

If possible I would have given this hotel a zero star. My worse experoence for paying for a 4 star hotel and getting the service and cleanness of a 1 star hotel. When we got the room, there was no pillow cover on the pillows . I called room services 3 times to send us pillow covers but nobody showed up, we ended up sleeping without pillows. The garbage can didn't have any bottom so all the garbages was coming out of the can. very dirty sheets and towels with stains were in our room. Please be carefull when booking this hotel, as you won't get the services for the money you paid. the breakfast was very bad so, nothing was fresh. They had expired yougurt , not so fresh breads and unhealthy juices for the breakfast
