Clean property for the most part. The room walls, were the wall papers were, were quite dusty, the headboards had stains, and the curtains were dusty too. I loved how close the hotel is from shopping, dining, beach walk and the aquarium.

Fabulous

The elevators were out of order but they put me on a lower floor so I wouldn’t have to walk up as many flights of stairs. Every employee I interacted with during my short stay was so professional and pleasant. I was apprehensive about staying downtown because there is a lot of foot traffic/people loitering but I felt very safe. The bed was so comfortable for my aching back that it inspired me to buy a new mattress when I got home. The room was very clean and had everything I needed.
