Excellent service, clean basic room

Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Gewerbegebiet in der NĂ€he von zwei großen Kreisverkehren. Es ist angelegt als Motel, d.h. vom Parkplatz aus gelangt man direkt in die Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und fĂŒr den Preis ĂŒberteuert. Alles in dem Hotel scheint einem Sparzwang zu unterliegen, was sich vor allem beim FrĂŒhstĂŒcksangebot zeigte. Im Bad gab es keine richtige Duschkabine, sondern lediglich eine kleine Trennwand. Dies hatte zur Folge, dass das gesamte Bad nach einer Dusche unter Wasser stand. Dann musste der Boden jedes Mal mit allen verfĂŒgbaren TĂŒcher trockengewischt werden.

Je suis arrivĂ© le mercredi en fin d’aprĂšs midi La porte de la chambre ouvre trĂšs mal , la chambre est sale , une mouche morte sur le cadre de fenĂȘtre , un moustique Ă©crasĂ© Ă©galement depuis un bon moment ( preuve que le mĂ©nage n’est pas fait) Le vendredi le mĂ©nage n’a mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© fait dans la chambre, j’ai prĂ©venu l’accueil, qui m’a rĂ©pondu «  elle a dĂ» oublier de le faire «  Oui c’est Ă©vident La poignĂ©e de La porte de la salle de bain qui me reste dans la main La Clim qui envoie un petit peu d’air frais Un hĂŽtel vĂ©tuste avec les prises de courant derriĂšre le matelas .. le summum de l’incompĂ©tence en sĂ©curitĂ© des personnes Et pour finir le jour oĂč la chambre n’a pas Ă©tĂ© faite la fenĂȘtre est restĂ©e ouverte avec mes affaires Ă  l’intĂ©rieur
