Great experience at the Sandman Hotel

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (the funky lights were cool), and the room was clean and well equipped. We used the fridge and microwave, and there was an abundance of USB plugs and outlets. The Denny's on site was convenient, and the staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very courteous and helpful. We liked the shopping and restaurants that were close by (Walmart, No Frills, Canadian Tire, Wendy's, lots more). We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Excellent Stay

This hotel is spotless and comfortable. We stay here on our trips back and forth the Okanagan and can always count on it for a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend the Denny's attached to it though.

Nicely update, clean, quiet. Excellent bed. Dog friendly which was great for us. Surprised they didn’t upgrade the hvac in the building or the room ac units during Reno’s. First night ac didn’t work. They happily Moved us on day two and That was much better

Check in - not great. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and a quiet sleep! Fantastic! Check out, same person - like talking to a rock, completely anti service rather than customer centric. If she doesn’t like customer service perhaps she should change careers. She made things feel uncomfortable, not welcoming. My career is in HR and she clearly does not like her job.I never give negative reviews but I actually felt uncomfortable with both check in and check out.
