Wasn’t anything to not like. Everything was quick the fellow who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was everything we expected and very clean. After a long hot day the pool was great. I booked especially for that for my 2 grandkids. Hot tub not working but didn’t care. Breakfast was great. More variety than we expected and the pancake machine was so cute.

Although clean it seemed run down. We had a suite with balcony but the floor was rotten and the railing and wall needed a fresh coat of paint. Homelesseness if a problem in this part of the city

When I came back for my second reservation, the manager at the hotel was very kind and listened to what I had to say regardIng our previous stayed the week before. He totally upgraded us and apologized profusely

No locks on windows ! There was a slice in the screen beside the door and the window didn’t lock. Felt extremely unsafe. Told the front desk and they offered no help. The rooms were in rough shape. Found bugs in or beds. Will never stay there again.

Swimming pool and hot tub are big pluses, but add a complimentary breakfast and you got something special. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. A small casino with 64 machines is a 2 minute walk for entertainment (Billy Barker).

The hot tub wasn’t running but advertised. The rooms smelled like smoke and were filthy. The towels had residue all over them. Very gross indeed

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was ok. The hotel is old, dingy and in terrible shape. The pool was gross, my grandsons wouldn’t go in it. The hot tub was not working. The worst part was no elevators. We are in our 70’s and walking up 4 flights of stairs with heavy suitcases was not something i had antisipated. If I’d known there was no elevators and they were putting us on the 3rd floor i would never have booked. All in all a huge disappointment and will never return or recommend to anyone.

Our room was not best. For over $200 a night you would expect a clean room. There was a loud noise coming from the bathroom all night., so much it kept you awake. The room had a musty smell, and very dark. There were no lights. So we kept the door open to get light and to air out the room The hair dryer was falling apart, you had to put your finger inside as the button had fallen inside the dryer... Someone could get a shock from this. When the staff were told and shown they agreed there was a terrible noise and he also the dryer, But his reply was like it was okay. Went for breakfast and there was no coffee left. When I approched the staff they said they would get some made but it would be 10 mins. No worries Mc Donalds was down the street.

Great staff. very clean room and lobby. Lighting in bathroom should be changed. It was so dark in the bathroom and if a person has trouble seeing in low light (as many do) it is almost impossible to see. Suggest to get brighter light bulbs.

The staff member was really patient at the time of check in, it was clearly really busy as the whole parking lot was packed but my stay was smooth and hasslefree. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great too, all in all a good place to spend the night in Quesnel.

The manager Mr. Lakshay was very helpful. We checked in at an odd hour but he was very polite and helpful. Even offered us a welcome drink. At that hour also, he made things easy and smooth for us. At breakfast time also, the staff goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. The room was clean and spacious. All basic amenities are there. Would really recommend this place. Had a great time.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. I booked a night and ran into an issue. I didnt even stay there and I will NEVER stay at a Ramada again due to this experience. The staff were not helpful at all and the manager all of a sudden chimed into the phone call saying he has been listening the entire time. He then proceeded to start yelling at me and after I told him I will be putting in a bad review he said go ahead and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional. Thank god Expedia saved the day
