Kia Ora and Welcome to Queenstown! Discover the enchanting Wakatipu Gem Lake House, a holiday home offering some of Queenstown's most breathtaking panoramic views. With the recent addition of a STOKE Hot Tub, this property is the epitome of relaxation and charm.



The Space

A three-bedroom home just outside central Queenstown along Panorama Terrace. The living areas look out to panoramic views of Kelvin Heights, Lake Wakatipu, and the Remarkables Mountain Range.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with anensuite.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ensuite on ground floor with standing shower. Upstairs main bathroom with shower over bath. One toilet located in the ground floor.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.

Extras: There is a sunroom. There is a patio at the front of the house with a table and six chairs. Out back, there is a small wooden patio with two chairs next to the hot tub.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Three exterior steps; internal split-level steps; 15 stairs to upper level

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (300 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
