Conveniently located in the popular Five Mile, Frankton area, you will be only moments from shops, cafes, and supermarkets. Queenstown Airport is just a 3 minute drive away, and the town centre is only 10 minutes from your door.

Step inside to a light filled, thoughtfully designed home offering a comfortable open plan living space. Relax with a Smart TV in the lounge or step outside to the patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of the Remarkable mountains. A Nespresso machine is provided for guests who enjoy barista style coffee at home.

Upstairs, you will find two cosy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of adventure. A washing machine and drying rack adds extra convenience for longer stays. Guests will also have the benefit of one allocated carpark, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area.

Just a couple of minutes walk will take you to the Five Mile Shopping Centre, complete with supermarkets, retail stores, and great dining options. For those relying on public transport, a bus stop is only a 2 minute walk away, making it effortless to get into central Queenstown or explore the wider region without a car.

Considering how busy the town is parking for this property makes more sense to be closer to the property. Like directly outside on the street. Maybe this is case for the QDC to remove the berms for better parking. As I looked around people were double parking anyway. The rubbish location for these townhouses needs to be monitored better as when I went to dispose of my rubbish after my stay. Every bin was topped to the rim which left me no choice other than to leave it on the ground. Other than that me and my families stay was most enjoyable.
