The generous size living area with big heatpump is great for unwinding after a long day of exploring.The home is just a short eight minute walk to central Queenstown, supermarket with all the bars. You also have access to the onsite shared hot tub.



The Space:

The home is an easy, flat, eight minute walk to central Queenstown. The supermarket is four minutes away also. Two dollar buses stop at the end of the street.



A couple of nights worth of firewood is available (in winter months) for the coldest winter nights, extra wood is available from supermarkets or can be ordered before you check in if wishing to use the fireplace as the heat pump and heaters are sufficient for heating the home economically.



The home is retro but comfortable. The home has a newly renovated bathroom, on gas hot water.



There is Cabin on site that is also rented out to other airbnb guests.

The owner does live on site. Quick walk to town, 8 minutes if quick or casual 15 minutes in stroll mode.



Guest Access:

The home is just a short stroll on the flat from down town Queenstown. Even closer is the local supermarket. The majority of attractions start points, bars and restaurants are less than a 15 minute walk from your accomodation.



Busses are frequent and there is a bus stop just metres away. There are also good uber and taxi options as well.



Town is also home to a good number of bike and ebike rental options so you can enjoy days riding some of the best bike tracks the area has to to offer.



Close by are also some of the best hiking trails around. Everything from short walks to epic multi day adventures are catered for here.



Other Things to Note:

We are set in a residential area and have neighbours. Parties and events are not be be held at this property. We request quiet times after 10pm.



Please also ensure that the correct number of guests are noted in the listing. Please do not book on behalf of others. There are options for booking for work, please find the correct area to book this.



The pre-programmed, smart heating means the place will be warm whilst being good for the environment.



We do allow some pets, however please let us know beforehand.



No sleeping on couches.



The hot tub is available for use between 0930 - 2130 and is shared with the other listing onsite. No children under 12 years in hot tub. The host is also onsite also.



Although we endeavour to ensure hot tub is at temperature and operational this may not always be available due to servicing requirements as we have two other listings on site.
