There were no bottled water or coffee in the room even though the website states it does, the restaurant was closed and no food or drinks nearby, even though the booking stated it included breakfast. there was not one single person around. Especially staff. I never once saw them. Reception was closed, and it took us 15 minutes to find the room because it said it was on the first floor instead of ground floor. So we only went up one floor when we were fed up of looking. Not exactly a great experience for a 200$ room. Not impressed at all.

La chambre était bien, rien à dire sur la propreté. Le service m'a contacté avant l'arrivé afin de m'informé de la démarche pour entrer. Tout s'est fait sans que je ne vois personne et les échamges étaient très courtois. Les 3 inconvénients: la personne qui tond le gazon était présent à 7h... Sur Trivago, il est indiqué déjeuner inclu, sur Expédia, il est inscrit déjeuner avec frais, mais en les contactant, il n'y en a pas... Nous contions là-dessus pour notre activité du matin Pas simple de se trouver un restos à moins de 20 min. Il faut se déplacer.

Nice place

Nice place and quiet. 2 min by car to the valcartier waterpark with is amazing and they have a restaurant also. There was nespresso coffee included in the room which is amazing too.

Quiet location, nice and clean

Family room has very good space for 5. Nice and clean, all the amenities were working well. Location is very quiet. The mattress was a little too firm for me, my family was okay with it.

Peaceful area. Easy check in and check out. Nobody needs to welcome you on the front desk coz you can check in online. I somehow still prefer someone greeting us especially at check out. Wondering as well how secure the area is. But overall, it was a nice experience.
