Reimbursement Needed - $100 Deposit

Hello, I actually did have an issue with my stay. I was charged an $100 security deposit at check-in I was told would be reimbursed for. I haven’t brought this up since now, because I had been giving Hotels.com the benefit of the doubt. However it has been a month since my stay and I have yet to be reimbursed. Nice hotel clean and fairly modern. Downside Lobby area hot. Seeemed like there was no AC working in Lobby Area. Hotwater was lukeward. Barely felt hot. Not sure i hot water heated was not workig properly?
