From an area of approximately 190m² on two levels overlooking a large pleasant garden, ideal for family or friends' vacations.
Entrance with storage, serving the different rooms, a beautiful spacious kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, 4-burner induction hob, hood, toaster, kettle, raclette appliances, fondue appliances...) communicating with the dining area opening onto a balcony and a south-facing terrace offering a beautiful unobstructed view. A mezzanine separates the living room area, offering a beautiful volume thanks to the cathedral ceiling, a fireplace and television, foosball table. From the entrance, a corridor leads to a first double bedroom (bed in 140cm), a water room with toilet, a bathroom, and a second bedroom with a double bed in 160cm overlooking a southwest-facing balcony. Upstairs, a first spacious bedroom with a double bed in 160cm, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a second bedroom with south-facing balcony and a 160cm bed, and finally a third attic bedroom with a 160cm bed on a floor base.
On the ground floor, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, access to terrace and beautiful private garden, electric plancha, charcoal barbecue.

Dream house for ski vacation
I don’t think that there are enough words to express how amazing this house is! Everything that one can dream of for a ski vacation. The view, the fireplace, the huge living room, the CD player with classic music, tens of small details that make you smile all the time. Check-in was smooth, check-out also. The house was clean and warm.

Très bien!
Un vaste chalet moderne et confortable, très bien équipé (machines à laver, vaisselle, ...) avec une belle vue sur Briançon. Accueil par l'agence de location très professionnel. Points d'amélioration : avoir plus de rangements dans les chambres, et une table à l'étage pour faciliter le télétravail. Sinon c'était parfait.
