Service was excellent, although very annoying that front desk called us at 9:20 to tell us breakfast was ending at 10, and we were planning to skip it to sleep in! Nice hotel in Puno. Just stayed one night. Centrally located with walking access to bars and resturants. Cheap taxis allow easy access to the dock for lake Titicaca tours

The staff was really helpful and friendly. Convenient location. Older hotel and I suspect there is sewage problems because there was a not so nice smell to the bathrooms.
