Welcome to all in French Polynesia!
This cozy bungalow is built in our garden, not overlooked with our house. You will have access to the bungalow and a pool deck. The property is located in a quiet and secure residence, on the heights of Punaauia, west coast of Tahiti.
The breathtaking view of the lagoon and Moorea will seduce you.

We offer discounts from a week: 16% discount from the 7th night.

The bungalow has a covered terrace with private kitchen (fridge freezer, double sink, gas hob 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, kitchen accessories) and two bedrooms: a large room with a large bed 2mx2m can accommodate 1 couple or 1 person alone or can be divided into 2 King Single for 2 people traveling together. Another large bedroom with a 160X200 queen size bed. The bungalow can accommodate 4 people. It has a bathroom with shower, 2 basins and a separate toilet.
You can surf the internet for free wi fi, enjoy the sun loungers and the pool (the pool is a common part to share with us) or the covered terrace with a table and chairs for your meals. We inform you that we do not accept invitations (visit, dinner ...) or parties. The interior spaces are non-smoking. Are present in the property two dogs and two cats well educated and sociable (no problem with children).

We will advise you on mountain walks or sports trail, aquatic courses in fins, mask, snorkel (skate, shark, turtle, reef fish).
But also orient yourself to the service providers for other activities.

Frederic was the best host we’ve ever had, and we travel a great deal. The bungalow was in a perfect area. We explored the entire island of Tahiti with outstanding ideas from Frederic. Absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and Moorea. Truly stunning. Every amenity was fantastic and the bungalow and pool were perfect for our wonderful stay. Would go back in a heartbeat and stay again!

Frederic’s Vrbo property which is located on the Punavai Nui mountain in Punaauia is reasonably clean and Frederic gave us very good directions regarding driving to that small mountain that his property is located on, he took us to a supermarket to buy food on the day that we arrived in Tahiti, and he refilled the Nespresso coffee pods for the Nespresso machine in his Vrbo property very quickly.
Frederic’s Vrbo property is Number 74 on Punavai Nui mountain so drive past the corner of Voie N and make a sharp left and look for this white electronic gate that has ‘74’ on it

Fred was excellent!! He provided so much information about the property and location that it was so easy to access the hillside home. Everything is as described on the listing. Even better when you see the views in person. Lovely flower gardens as an entry to a magnificent view of Mo’orea. Spectacular! We stayed for 4 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, essential items were provided, soap, shampoos, blankets, fans and WiFi worked. Shower pressure, hot water were perfect. Great lighting in the bathroom too! The kitchen area provided everything we needed as we mostly prepared most of our meals. *There’s a Carrefour10 minutes away for grocery needs. The location is excellent for your stay in Tahiti. I picked this for the views and it did not disappoint! Location was ideal for sightseeing and access to popular beaches, Teahupo’o, museum, hiking. Fred and his family were lovely hosts; the vacation home had so much privacy that we didn’t really see/hear the host family. The family dog, Kiara, would make her rounds to greet you every day as a friendly hello. We enjoyed that. I know that when we have a chance to return, this bungalow will be our home base for Tahiti. The views are incredible and Fred and his family are so gracious. Merci and Maruuru Roa!

Great stay! Our host was out of town during our stay so it was arranged for someone from Tahiti VIP Services to meet us when our flight arrived late at night to lead us to our bungalow. It was so helpful for finding it the first time and she was so very kind and professional. The bungalow was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very peaceful in the evening and had a nice cool breeze at night. The only downside was it did smell a little bit musty, I have allergies so I'm a bit sensitive to scents. It helped once we were there to open the sliding doors and have the nice breeze and I was fine with my allergy medicine. Perfect location overall and thankful I found this bungalow to stay at when flying in and out of PPT.

This is a perfectly magical place to stay and enjoy the beautiful island of Tahiti. Frederiq and Elizabeth were gracious hosts. The view of sunset from our little "living room" was breathtaking! Comfortable, amazing view, and a pool-perfect!

We are two couples traveling together, and this was the perfect place for us. It's in a great location, with everything we needed. We loved the outdoor kitchen and dining area, the comfortable beds, and the amazing view of Mo'orea from the deck and the pool. It was just as pictured in the photos. Our host Frederic was very helpful with suggestions, and he even shared bananas from his garden with us! We will surely stay here again when we return to Tahiti.

Fantastic Location!

This is the perfect base from which to explore Tahiti. The bungalow is just minutes from the airport, grocery store, beaches and restaurants. The hilltop view and private pool invite you to relax and enjoy the stay. Frederick was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our visit.

We had a wonderful time at Frederic’s property on Tahiti. The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The view of Moorea is incredible and the surrounding area is private and peaceful. Frederic was also an incredible host. He was very nice, friendly, and helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He also went above and beyond to drive to meet us when we got lost and also provided us with a full sheet of recommendations for our next stay in Moorea. Amazing location!

Frederick is so welcoming, kind and patient. The first night we couldn’t find his house, however with a call to him he was quick to our rescue. From then on there were no more bumps in the road. After our days of sightseeing, we enjoyed watching the sunset from his beautiful bungalow & cooling off in the sparkling pool. I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The bungalow was attractive and comfortable, and we had fun using the pool and interacting with the pets. Elisabeth was sweet and accommodating, providing great suggestions for activities and dining. (When we had trouble finding the place at night, she even came down the hill and guided us.) The view is gorgeous and the property has lots of beautiful flowers and other lush landscaping. It is definitely requires a car to access and the neighborhood feels removed...which can either be good or bad, depending on what you are seeking. We certainly recommend these accommodations to other traveling families!

Property Owner is Fantastic to Work

We had to cancel and move our reservation 4 times over 2 years because of covid. Frederic hung in there with us and each time, helped us reschedule and we finally made the trip. He is very helpful and even helped us when our rental car had issues - he called Eurocar directly for us and spoke to them about the issue. They came out with a new car the next day. The property has a fantastic view of Moorea, unobstructed. The area is in a great location. The property does not have air conditioning or a TV which is not a big deal to us, we needed neither. Frederic made all the difference in our stay. He is a fantastic host.

Beautiful Views!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cute bungalow. It is only a few minutes drive from the main city Papeete. The bungalow is adjacent to the main home. It was clean and we loved sitting out on the patio where the views are amazing. It is the perfect setting for watching the sunset. Frederick the host was so welcoming and helpful. He was so willing to give recommendations of restaurants and sights. Even after our stay concluded he was still extremely helpful with advice for our travels to a separate island in French Polynesia. We would definitely stay here again.

Puna'auia the place to be

Booking online and communication with the owner was very easy. Directions to the property were excellent. There are two very friendly dogs and a cat. Puna'auia is a great place to stay only a few kilometers from the city and airport. Nearby there are great restaurants, a big supermarket and there is a 24 hour petrol station just at the bottom of the hill for everything you may need. Frederic is an excellent host and speaks English very well. He has great suggestions about where to go and what to see. This property has lovely views over to Moorea and we loved the views, the sunsets and the pool.
