"very convenient to the Simmons Bank Arena- we could walk there and back safely. The included breakfast was delicious"

"I did not take advantage of the breakfast. The parking was very convenient and I felt safe. Rented a handicapped room, the toilet was very old and very low. Although, there were secure safety bars in the tub/shower. Good water pressure and the mattress was the best. The room was quite large and comfortable."

"Pictures of the property aren't up to date. Room was clean. AC randomly dropped in the middle of the night without being touched. "

"Check-in was great. Very friendly staff. Not much parking close to the front, but plenty elsewhere. Room was excellent! Very comfortable. Very good shower. We were told there were free drinks and light snacks in the lobby between 5:30 and 7. We went and were not offered drinks and had to ask a staff member about the food....they showed us two warming plates of watery chili and bread. Other than that uncomfortable experience, all was good."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Really thoughtfully decorated and we really liked the bathtub and upscale shower combination!The first day we couldn’t find any chopping knives or coffee mugs. The next day we found them clean in the dishwasher with other dishes…Note that the checkout time is 10am and a later checkout is a 50 fee.Thanks for hosting us!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and replied quickly to our inquiries. The house was very clean and well supplied. We especially appreciated the fenced in backyard for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and is a convenient location to Little Rock. We would like to stay again in the future."
